Henrik Larsson is "The King of Kings"

Henrick Larsson has had a "Magnificent" Season, who would have thought after his horrific leg break he would be back playing football. But he did and in some style as well, and has Scored 53 Goals this Season. And his two goals in "The Scottish Cup" final helped to bring the treble back to "Paradise" after a long absense.
He was also named "Player of the Year" which just goes to prove how much he is admired not just by the fans, but his fellow Professional Players as well, Not forgetting he is in the running to receive the "Golden Boot" award as well.
Without a doubt he is a World Class player who not only has superb skills but is also passionate about playing and winning for "Glasgow Celtic F.C." and who has stated "He would be more than happy to finish his playing days at "Paradise"............"The Magnificent 7" Long may he remain a "Bhoy"

Celtic 2 HJK Helsinki 0 UEFA Cup (Sept 14): 9 After Johan Mjallby wins the ball, Jackie McNamara crosses to the head of Larsson who times his run brilliantly to Score.10 Sutton rises and flicks the ball into the path of Larsson who slots it into the bottom right corner.
Dunfermline 1 Celtic 2 SPL (Sept 18): 11 Lambert is fouled in the area and Larsson scores from the spot.12 Thompsons excellant pass puts Larsson through and the striker easily rounds the keeper and scores.
Aberdeen 1 Celtic 1 SPL (Oct 14): 13 Moravciks cross finds Larsson unmarked in the six-yard box and he heads home.
Celtic 2 St.Mirren 0 SPL (oct17): 14 Larsson hits a thunderous free kick from a difficult angle to make sure of the points against struggling St.Mirren.
St.Johnstone 0 Celtic 2 SPL(Oct21): 15 Bobby Petta earns a penalty and Larsson hits the spot-kick into the corner of the net.

Bordeaux 1 Celtic 1 UEFA CUP (Oct26): 17 Didier Agathe crosses after a 50 yard run and Larsson is fouled trying to reach the ball.The keeper is sent the wrong way.

Celtic 6 Hearts 1 SPL (Nov 18): 20 Larsson meets a lovely cross from Agathe and shoots.The goalie saves but the Swede puts it away at the second attempt.21 McNamara combines with Tommy Johnson who sets up Larsson. The keeper gets a touch to his shot but can't stop the ball hitting the back of the net.
Rangers 5 Celtic 1 SPL (Nov 25): 22 A Thompson corner is glanched into the bottom-right hand corner of the net by a leaping Larsson.
Celtic 3 Dunfermline 1 SPL (Dec 2): 23Larsson,working hard,wins theball from a defender and goes through at a tight angle before shooting through the keepers legs.
Celtic 6 Aberdeen 0 SPL (Dec 16): 24 Excellent work from Petta on the wing leads to a square ball to Larsson who side-foots it home.25 A lovely through-ball by Johnson beats the offside trap and Larsson wrong foots the keeper to score.26 Thompsons cross is met by Larsson who hits the high ball into the roof of the Aberdeen net.
St.Mirren 0 Celtic 2 SPL (Dec23): 27Sutton holds the ball up and passes to Petrov who send the ball into Larsson who is left with another side-foot finish.
Dundee United 0 Celtic 4 SPL (Dec 26): 28McNamara puts Larsson through and he is pulled down in the area.From the penalty he squeezes the ball under the diving goalie.
Celtic 6 Kilmarnock 0 SPL (Jan 2): 29 Petrov goes down in the area and,as the Kilmarnock players surround the Bulgarian,Larsson quickly sprints onto the ball and flicks it into the net.30 More excellent work from Petrov as he crosses to the back stick and Larsson has time to wait for the ball before nodding it over the line.31 The 100th goal of Larssons career.He runs through on to Alan Thompson's pass and slips the ball under the body of the floundering keeper.32 Sutton flicks a header out to Moravcik and his cross is headed from close range.
Hearts 0 Celtic 3 SPL (Feb 4): 33 Alan Thompsons outswinging cross from a free-kick is met by Larsson for another headed goal.34 Thompson is the creator again as he crosses the ball from the left touch line and Larsson flicks the ball into the net with the outside of his right boot.35 Larsson picks the ball up in midfield,passes and runs on to the cross.He cushions the ball on his knee before volleying home.
Celtic 3 Rangers 1 CIS CUP (Feb 7): 36 Mjallby's long ball is reached by Larsson who beats a defender to the ball and then lobs the advancing goalie.37 Larsson is fouled in the area and puts away the resulting penalty himself.

Celtic 3 Kilmarnock 0 CIS Cup Final ( March 18): 45 Moravcik crosses and after Ramon Vega gets his head to it, Larsson strikes with an acrobatic volley from eight yards.46 Once again Moravcik finds Larsson with a lovely through ball.The Swede's shot is then deflected over the keeper.47 Larsson runs from his own half, past the defence,round the goalie and places the ball into the net.

Hiberian 2 Celtic 5 SPL (May 6): 51 McNamara puts Larsson through and the great man slips the ball home.
Celtic 3 Hiberian 0 Scottish Cup Final (26 May): 52 McNamara's pass to Larsson is smashed past the keeper into the roof of the net.53 Larsson is pulled down in the box and calmly slots the spot-kick home to bring his goal tally for the Season to 53 Goals.
